Abbott plumbing is FABULOUS! We had never used them before and were in need of assistance with a water heater that flooded our hallway on a Sunday morning. We called them at 7:30am on Sunday morning and they answered immediately and were so helpful. Our water heater was replaced by 12pm on Sunday. They were very friendly from the first person we spoke with to the plumbers that came to our home. Call them before you call anyone else! Fabulous service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Jordan came to fix a sewage ejection pump job that my contractor who finished my basement, MAK construction, and a Roto Rooter plumber completely cut corners on and screwed up. He was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me an honest up front price. He showed me all the ways the previous plumbers cut corners like using a pipe not rated for pressure (literally said it on the pipe) placing a cinderblock at the bottom to rest the pump on to save some money on the length of pipe as well as having the ejection switch way too high which put the original pump under way too much load causing it to fail.
Bottom line ,Jordan and Abbott Plumbing Mechanicsville are honest plumbers that don't cut corners and do quality work. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my future Plumbing needs.

I called Abbott's plumbing on Sunday to report a problem where I did not have any running water in the house. Mr Abbott called me back within the hour and explained what the problem could be and could be there Monday morning. I felt comfortable with his explanation and felt it wasn’t an emergency to get it fixed on Sunday. He arrived when scheduled and took pictures of the before and after repairs. He explained to me in detail what the problems was and fixed it that day. Mr Abbott replaced my pressure tank, switch and added new pipes. I would recommend Mr Abbott’s company for any plumbing problems and wouldn't hesitate calling him again.

Jordan did a great job completing the installation with minimum deconstruction required, and I'm very appreciative of that and the grading corrections he was able to make in the drain lines we were connecting to. Cost was very reasonable for the work being completed.
After work was completed, I expressed concerns about a fernco coupling being used in an enclosed space; Leon was very responsive and came back to replace the connector with a more permananent solution at no additional cost.
Would definately recommend Abbotts plumbing and expect to hire them again in the future!
